Calstock is a village in Cornwall, which is dominated by the stunning Calstock Viaduct, a massive 11-arched structure that still carries the railway line above the Tamar along the scenic branch line down to Plymouth.

For generations, Calstock has served as an important quay, bringing tin, copper, and granite from the area’s key mining areas to Plymouth Docks.

Morwellham Quay, another historic river port upstream from Calstock, is now a living history tourist site where tourists may take a train deep underground to explore a copper mine, observe a working Victorian farm, or simply relax and enjoy.
