Schoopers is tucked away down a quiet lane in Gentle Jane, just five minutes from Rock, among rolling green fields on the border of the Camel Estuary.
With only one neighbour, this is the ideal area to get away from the crowds
Wadebridge is about fifteen minutes away and has all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing vacation.
The property is a comfortable family home.
From the sitting room, take in the beautiful views of the estuary, or step out onto the balcony, which is the ideal area to relax and take in the scenery.
The kitchen also has views of the Cornish countryside, so you can eat a leisurely breakfast while taking in the scenery.
During the colder months, curl up in front of the wood stove and watch the estuary rise and fall outside.
The house sleeps six across three beautiful bedrooms.
The main bedroom is huge and has a large en-suite bathroom. Soft blue and cream tones are complimented by wooden furnishings in this space.
The second bedroom is furnished in a classic style with wooden furniture. Enjoy views that span across the green valley and down to the estuary from this vantage point.
The third bedroom is a cream-colored twin room with lots of greenery outdoors.
Bedrooms two and three are on the ground floor, with bedroom one on the first floor, along with the kitchen/diner and sitting room.
A babbling stream winds its way down to the beach, past a huge garden and forests, to your own shared private shingle beach.
This is perfect for launching a kayak, fishing, skipping stones, wildlife spotting, picnics, barbecues and general exploration.
In the spring and summer, the well established gardens come alive with a whole host of bright flowers and foliage, from golden daffodils to beautiful magnolia trees.
With stunning views and a truly unique location, Schoopers is most certainly a hidden gem of the Cornish coastline.
One well behaved dog is welcome.
