On the ground floor there is a shower room with a power shower cubicle, a wash basin and WC
Into the kitchen, there is a compact shaker-style fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumber dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio cd player, WiFi and a small library of books and games.
The Dining room has a gas woodburner-effect stove
The sitting room has a warming open fire with magnificent views of the river and the surrounding dales
