The hut is set in the grounds of Peak House Farm which also provides B&B accommodation.

Guests staying at Cedar Tree have a the use of table and chairs which is perfect for outside dining, this is a private access.

There are beautiful gardens for you to enjoy, along with uninterrupted views across the North Wessex Downs.

Cedar Tree is situated on s a working dairy farm which is one of the top producers of raw milk in Hampshire.

Cole Henley is a small hamlet comprising of two farms and a few cottages in the North Wessex Downs which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Two miles down the road is the famous silk mill town of Whitchurch.

Another 5 miles away  is Watership Down,

The Down and other North Hampshire treasures, such as St Mary Bourne and Longparish, are on popular walking and cycle routes.
