The River Torridge with its walks to either the fishing village of Appledore or market town of Bideford.

Alternatively you can visit one of the many local attractions which include Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way,  Clovelly with its cobbled streets and much much more.

In the evenings why not stroll to the nearby hotel with its bar and restaurant or around the riverbank gardens of the main house.

From the decking at the bottom of the garden enjoy some undisturbed fishing

Offering three bedrooms, the first one is a double with TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with WC

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are single bedrooms.

The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer,  microwave,  dishwasher,  washing machine and tumble dryer.

Whilst outside has a private enclosed patio with BBQ.

Bed linen towels electric and central heating included, Wi-fi is available.

2 dogs are welcome.

Parking is for 2 cars.

The nearest beach is 2 miles away,  shop & pub 1 mile.
