When you step through the front door and following the steps up to the first floor, this is where you will find a spacious dining room, a wonderful social space for families to enjoy a lovely home-cooked meal or plan the day’s events, with seating for up to five people.

Sitting towards the rear is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, with its well-presented kitchen that has all the appliances you could need such as an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, to cook up a storm for the whole of the family or friends with an added bonus of an extra dining area, it is ideal for enjoying a quick breakfast before starting your day.  There is also a fridge freezer,  dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

There is a family shower room with modern fixtures and fittings, shower and WC.

On the second floor you will find the two bedrooms, one is a king-size and one family room with a king-size bed that can be made up as 2 single beds if preferred on request and a further single bed and hand basin, this property is ideal for families or a group of friends looking for a coastal retreat, with its stunning countryside views from the bedrooms.

From the property you are ideally situated for exploring the South West Coast Path, which is the longest long-distance footpath and a National Trail, stretching 630 miles from Minehead in Somerset to Poole Harbour in Dorset.

There are so many opportunities for walkers and cyclists, and for those who like the sport holidays there are plenty of chances to get involved with surfing, golf and fishing too.

Sandcastles is the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Salcombe’s wonderful sights.
