Cornwall – Brook Cottage
We are pleased to present Brook Cottage at Trevose Head Lighthouse.
The Lighthouse was built in 1847, electrified in 1973 and automated in 1995, the lighthouse does not have a fog signal.
Located on a headland between the sandy beaches of Harlyn and Constantine Bays, Brook is one of four semi-detached holiday cottages available with the lighthouse positioned in the middle and situated just four miles west of Padstow.
All four cottages can sleep four guests in two bedrooms, all are available to rent.
The site is not open to the public and the four cottages are sheltered beneath a headland that is 75 feet above the sea level and accessed via a one-mile-long private road.
Fine views can be seen out to sea and the chance to watch fishing boats coming in and out of Padstow.
At the front, there is a communal tarmac forecourt with parking. Parking is available for one car with additional public parking available 100 yards away.
To the rear, on the sea side there is a walled grass area that is shared and which is fenced at the cliff edge. (In the interest of safety, it is recommended that guests do not use this space).
