Upon entering this single-level property from the shared courtyard area, you will find yourself in the bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge area curl up on the comfy sofa and watch your favourite film on the TV/DVD. If you decide to stay in and cook, the kitchen has everything you need with oil-fired Rayburn, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, then enjoy your romantic meal in the dining area with a cosy table for two. After a busy day, retire to the lovely characterful double bedroom with French doors that lead onto the shared courtyard area, dressing table, wardrobe and an en-suite wet room with shower and WC.

Head outside from the lounge area onto the shared courtyard with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ (available on request). The perfect place for dining alfresco on those warm summer evenings. There is also access to seven acres of grounds with two lakes stocked with carp, so you are welcome to fish here free of charge. Shared access to the games room/utility area with the use of freezers, tumble dryer, table football and a dartboard. There is off-road parking for two cars. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
